How long has Prime Rider Shuttle been operating?
Prime Rider Shuttle is a Sydney-based private shuttle operator running airport, cruise, hotel and long-distance transfers across more than 700 suburbs in NSW. We hold NSW BSP licensing and our drivers are CPV-accredited.
Are you a taxi company?
No. We are a pre-booked private shuttle service. Your vehicle and driver are allocated before the day, the fare is agreed in writing before you travel, and there is no meter. We are not a taxi, not a rideshare app and not a limousine hire company.
What areas do you cover?
Greater Sydney plus the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Southern Highlands and the Illawarra. You can browse every suburb we serve, grouped by council area, on the areas we serve page.
What makes your pricing different?
Every fare is fixed at the time of booking and includes tolls, GST and airport access fees. It does not move with traffic, time of day, public holidays or demand. If your trip takes longer than expected, the price on your confirmation is still the price you pay.
Do you own your vehicles or subcontract?
Our work is performed by Prime Rider drivers in Prime Rider–standard vehicles. We do not hand your booking to a rideshare app at the last minute, which is why we can commit to a vehicle class and a driver before you travel.
