Rear climate zones in the SUV, People Mover and Mini Bus, so the back row is as comfortable as the front on a Sydney summer morning.
Real luggage capacity
Vehicles are chosen for boot space first. A luggage trailer is available with the People Mover and Mini Bus for oversized loads.
Booked by Passengers, Not by Guesswork
The most common booking mistake is choosing a vehicle that fits the people but not the suitcases.
Our capacity figures assume every passenger brings a checked bag and a carry-on — because on an airport run, they usually do. A Sedan seats three at a squeeze, but with three sets of airport luggage it will not close. That is why we list the Sedan as 1–2 passengers.
If you are unsure, tell us your passenger count and your bag count when you book and we will allocate the right class. Getting this right at booking costs nothing; getting it wrong at 4am on the kerb costs your flight.

Fleet FAQ
Which vehicle should I book for my group?
As a rule of thumb: 1–2 passengers with normal luggage fit comfortably in a Sedan, 3–4 in a Large SUV, 5–6 in a Lux People Mover, and 7–11 in a Mini Bus. If you are travelling with oversized items — golf clubs, surfboards, prams, musical instruments or ski gear — book one size up, or tell us at booking and we will match the right vehicle at no extra cost.
How much luggage can I bring?
Every fare includes one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger. A Sedan takes about 4 bags, a Large SUV about 8, a Lux People Mover about 12, and a Mini Bus carries bulk luggage. If you need more, a luggage trailer is available with the People Mover and Mini Bus on request. Full details are on our luggage policy page.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Baby capsules, forward-facing child seats and booster seats can be fitted to any vehicle in the fleet. Request them when you book so the driver arrives with the seat already installed and correctly anchored. All our vehicles are fitted with child-seat anchor points.
Are the prices on this page the final fare?
The figures shown are the lowest fare for that vehicle class. Your actual fare depends on the distance between your pickup address and the airport, and it is fixed at the time of booking — tolls, GST and airport access fees are already included. Enter your address in the emailed quote form to see your exact price.
Can I request a specific make or model?
You can ask, and we will do our best, but we allocate vehicles by class rather than by individual model. The model names listed under each vehicle are examples of what runs in that class — you will receive that vehicle type or an equivalent. For corporate or wedding work where the exact vehicle matters, call us on 0427 143 612 and we will confirm in advance.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
We can accommodate folding wheelchairs, walkers and mobility aids in the People Mover and Mini Bus, and our drivers will assist with loading. For passengers who need to remain seated in a wheelchair during travel, please call us before booking so we can confirm what we can arrange for your journey.
How often are the vehicles cleaned?
Every vehicle is cleaned and checked between bookings, not just at the end of a shift. Interiors are detailed, and each car is comprehensively insured and serviced on a fixed schedule. If a vehicle is not up to standard when it arrives, tell us and we will make it right.
