Vouchers can be set to a fixed value or to a specific journey, such as a return airport transfer from a named suburb. We issue them by email as a printable PDF-style voucher, or we can post a printed copy if you have time.
Because our fares are fixed and inclusive, a journey-based voucher covers the whole trip — tolls, GST and airport access fees included. There is no top-up demanded at the kerb.

Happy with the price? Reply to accept. That confirms the booking, and your confirmation email follows with the vehicle, pickup time and driver details.

The driver calls before arriving so you know exactly where to be. Bags in, doors shut, direct to your terminal.

How do I buy one?
Call 0427 143 612 or email info@primeridershuttle.com.au with the value or journey you want, the recipient's name, and whether you need it emailed or printed. We will arrange it and confirm the details in writing.
Can I set it to a specific trip?
Yes — for example, a return transfer between a named suburb and Sydney Airport. Because our fares are fixed and inclusive, that covers the whole journey rather than a part of it.
How does the recipient use it?
They book as normal — online, by phone or by call — and quote the voucher reference. The value is applied to the fare.
What if their fare is more than the voucher?
They pay the difference to the driver on the day, by card, cash or PayID. If the fare is less, we will explain at issue how the remaining value is treated.
Can I buy vouchers for staff or clients?
Yes. Multiple vouchers can be issued in one go and invoiced together — talk to us about account billing.
