How a Prime Rider partner hotel earns commission
Three booking pathways feed the same hotel commission ledger:
1. Concierge-booked. Concierge logs into the portal, types the guest name and flight, and confirms in 30 seconds. Hotel attribution is automatic.
2. Guest QR-code. In-room compendiums, lift signage and reception counter-cards carry a hotel-specific QR. Guests scan, book directly, and the booking is tagged to your hotel for the full 90-day attribution window.
3. Co-branded widget. A booking widget on your hotel website's transfers page, branded with your colours. Every booking placed through it earns your commission.

Nothing. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum volume, and no exclusivity clause. The concierge portal, widget integration and training are all provided free to partner hotels.
Standard hotels earn 3% on every confirmed guest booking. Preferred Partners (50+ bookings/month) earn 3%. Flagship Partners (200+ bookings/month, exclusive listing) earn 3%. Commission is paid monthly by EFT.
Three ways: (1) Concierge books on the guest's behalf through the partner portal, (2) Guest scans a branded QR code in-room or at reception and books directly, (3) Guest is referred to our website with a tracked hotel-partner link.
Yes. Every booking is fixed-fare. Drivers contact the guest directly before pickup. If we don't meet our standard 10-minute early-arrival policy, the next booking from that hotel is free — a service guarantee unique to hotel partners.
Flagship Partners receive a fully white-labelled booking widget hosted on their own URL (e.g. transfers.yourhotel.com.au), branded confirmation emails, and a hotel-specific phone line for guests. Standard partners get a co-branded widget.
Most partner hotels are live within 7 business days. Day 1: signed agreement and portal account created. Day 2–4: in-person concierge training and QR-code/widget setup. Day 5–7: marketing collateral printed and placed.
