School Partners Program — Frequently Asked Questions
Schools join the Prime Rider School Partner program free of charge. We need your school name, ABN/CRICOS code (if applicable), bursar contact, and confirmation that all bookings will be made by school staff (not students directly). Monthly account billing is the standard setup.
School partners don't earn commission — instead, schools receive a 3% direct discount on all bookings (passed through to your monthly invoice). Many schools prefer this since it cleanly reduces the cost line on excursion P&Ls.
Commission is paid monthly by direct deposit into your nominated AUD bank account, on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed bookings. International partners can be paid via wire transfer (minimum $100 AUD threshold).
No. There's no minimum volume to remain in the program — refer one booking or one thousand. Commission is a flat 3% on every confirmed booking., but you stay in the program at any volume.
Yes — we provide branded concierge cards, white-labelled PDF transfer vouchers, and your unique discount code embedded in QR-scannable formats. Account manager can also create custom collateral on request.
