The reason this service exists is simple: dragging a capsule through an airport is miserable, and leaving it at home means finding a legal way to get a child from the terminal to the house. Prime Rider fits the restraint before the car arrives, so neither problem is yours.
Three restraint types are carried. Rear-facing capsules for infants from birth to around twelve months, forward-facing booster seats for toddlers between one and four, and high-back boosters for children from four to eight where head and neck support matters on a longer run.
Every restraint meets Australian Standard AS/NZS 1754:2013 and is cleaned and inspected between bookings. Give the child's age and weight in the booking notes rather than just the number of children — the correct seat depends on both, and it is fitted before the driver leaves for you.
There is no charge for any of this. The seat is included in the fixed fare, which is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly: the quote you accept with two child seats is the same quote as without them.
If you would rather use your own seat, bring it — the driver will fit it. Say so at booking so the vehicle allows for the installation time, particularly on an early departure where the schedule has no slack in it.

Child seats are available on any Prime Rider booking across Greater Sydney — airport runs, hospital and clinic trips, interstate visitor collections and ordinary suburb-to-suburb work. The restraint travels with the vehicle wherever the journey goes.
Families travelling with more than two children under eight should mention it at booking. A Large SUV or people mover is usually the right call, both for the seats themselves and for the pram that comes with them — the fleet page lists the capacities.
Prams, portacots and travel highchairs all count as luggage rather than extras, and the luggage policy covers how they are allowed for. If you are unsure, ring 0427 143 612 before you book.
