Travel Agents Program — Frequently Asked Questions
Travel agencies and tour operators join the Prime Rider Agent program free of charge. We need your agency name, ABN (or international VAT/tax ID), AFTA/CLIA/IATA accreditation if applicable, and your preferred commission settlement method (AUD bank transfer or international wire).
Standard travel-agent commission is 3% on every confirmed booking — slightly higher than other partner tiers because agents typically pre-pay.
Commission is paid monthly by direct deposit into your nominated AUD bank account, on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed bookings. International partners can be paid via wire transfer (minimum $100 AUD threshold).
No. There's no minimum volume to remain in the program — refer one booking or one thousand. Commission is a flat 3% on every confirmed booking., but you stay in the program at any volume.
Yes — we provide branded concierge cards, white-labelled PDF transfer vouchers, and your unique discount code embedded in QR-scannable formats. Account manager can also create custom collateral on request.
