Can you handle multiple pickups and stops?
Yes — bridal party hotel-to-venue, photo-location stops, and guest hotel transfers are all standard. Driver stays with you for the whole sequence if requested (hourly rate applies for extended bookings).
Do you provide vehicles for the bride's arrival?
Yes. Our premium Sedan and Lux People Mover are popular for the bridal arrival. Ribbon decoration on request, drivers in formal attire, optional bottled water/champagne setup.
Can you shuttle guests from their hotel to the venue?
Absolutely. Mini Bus guest-shuttle runs between hotels and the venue are one of our most-requested wedding services. We coordinate timed loops or on-demand pickups across the evening.
How far in advance should I book?
Saturday dates fill quickly — we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for popular Mosman, Northern Beaches and Blue Mountains venues. Sundays and weekday weddings can often be accommodated closer to the date.
Can I pay by card or cash?
card with EFTPOS (1.8% surcharge), cash, and PayID with no surcharge all accepted. Invoices and itemised GST receipts available for wedding planners and corporate accounts.
