Getting from East Kurrajong to Western Sydney Airport
The direct option from East Kurrajong uses the M2 and M7 motorways, exiting at Elizabeth Drive. At 64 km it usually takes 50–65 minutes, longer if you are travelling through the weekday morning peak. The same route also picks up in Kurrajong Heights and South Windsor.
A second option from East Kurrajong is Old Windsor Road → M7 → Elizabeth Drive. Dispatch watches conditions before your pickup and briefs the driver accordingly.
East Kurrajong residents booking with us get the same fixed-fare rules that apply across all 700+ suburbs we cover: tolls in, GST in, no surge. The same route also picks up in Kurrajong Heights and South Windsor.
Western Sydney Airport Transfers from East Kurrajong
The case for a pre-booked transfer from East Kurrajong is not luxury. It is that airport travel is the one journey where being twenty minutes late is expensive, and where the price of the ride should not be a variable you discover at the end.
The fare you are quoted from East Kurrajong covers the vehicle, not the seat. A family of four pays the Large SUV rate of $219, not four times the Sedan fare — which is why group travel is where a private transfer beats every alternative on price.
The single biggest variable on the East Kurrajong run is the hour you leave. Between 6am and 9am on a weekday, the Hawkesbury feeder roads add materially to the 50–65 minute estimate. We build that into the pickup time we recommend rather than leaving it to you.
Cancellation is free with 24 hours' notice. If plans change later than that, call us — the phone is answered 24 hours a day from Sydney, and a change is almost always better than a cancellation for both of us.
Nancy-Bird Walton is a new airport and its access roads are still changing. We update our Hawkesbury routing as they do, which is part of what you are paying for on a fixed-fare booking.
