A real person prices the job — route, timing and vehicle — and sends your best available fare by email, normally inside an hour. Nothing is estimated by a meter.
Accept and You're Booked
Happy with the price? Reply to accept. That confirms the booking, and your confirmation email follows with the vehicle, pickup time and driver details.
Your Driver Makes Contact
Ahead of pickup the driver gets in touch to confirm the meeting point. No hunting around, no waiting on an app.
