Three to eleven passengers is the range where splitting into separate cars stops making sense. Two rideshares arrive at different times, cost more between them than one booked vehicle, and separate the group at exactly the moment when staying together is the point.
The fleet covers the range properly: Large SUV for three or four, Kia Carnival people mover for five or six, Toyota Coaster mini bus for seven to eleven with bulk luggage. The vehicle is chosen for the luggage volume as much as the head count, because groups travel heavy.
One fixed fare covers the whole vehicle. Split it however the group prefers — it is almost always lower than the combined cost of multiple individual bookings, and it is a single number agreed before travel rather than several unknown ones settled afterwards.
For airport collections, every flight in the party is tracked. If the group is arriving on different flights we coordinate the collection so nobody waits alone in the arrivals hall, and the driver meets the group inside the terminal with a name sign.
Sports gear, multiple suitcases, prams and instruments are ordinary loads for these vehicles, and a luggage trailer is available where the volume genuinely exceeds them. Say what is travelling at booking rather than at the kerb.
