How to Choose the Right Vehicle
The simplest rule: count your checked-in bags, not just your passengers. A couple with two large suitcases, two carry-ons, and a backpack each is better served by an SUV than a Sedan.

Frequently Asked Questions
A checked-in bag is typically a full-size suitcase up to 23 kg. A carry-on is a smaller cabin bag. Backpacks, handbags, and laptop bags are usually small enough to keep on your lap and do not count toward the luggage limit.
Yes. A standard fold-flat pram fits in an SUV or People Mover with normal luggage. Let us know at booking so we can confirm boot space. Large travel prams may require a People Mover or Mini Bus.
Oversize items like surfboards and bikes require a Mini Bus or specific arrangements. Golf bags usually fit in an SUV or People Mover. Contact us before booking if you have oversize items.
If you arrive with significantly more luggage than declared and it does not fit, we will do our best to accommodate. In rare cases we may need a second vehicle, which incurs an additional fare. Always declare your actual bag count.
