Annandale to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Booked in advance, priced in advance. Transfers from Annandale (NSW 2038) to Western Sydney Airport start at $149 and take about 35–45 minutes in normal traffic.
Getting from Annandale to Western Sydney Airport
Drivers leaving Annandale pick up the M8, M5 and M7 motorway chain and stay on the motorway network as far as Badgerys Creek. Allow 35–45 minutes for the 42 km journey outside peak hours. Surrounding Camperdown and Lewisham are included on the same route.
Backup routing is Parramatta Road → M4 → The Northern Road. Because the fare is fixed at booking, a longer route costs us time rather than costing you money.
Every Annandale booking is allocated to a driver who runs the Inner West corridor regularly. Add your gate code or building entrance at booking and it travels with the job. Surrounding Camperdown and Lewisham are included on the same route.
Annandale to Nancy-Bird Walton, in Plain Terms
Passengers from Annandale book us for the same three reasons everyone else does: the fare does not move, the driver is allocated before the day, and somebody answers the phone at 3am. Everything else is detail.
The fare you are quoted from Annandale covers the vehicle, not the seat. A family of four pays the Large SUV rate of $189, not four times the Sedan fare — which is why group travel is where a private transfer beats every alternative on price.
The single biggest variable on the Annandale run is the hour you leave. Between 6am and 9am on a weekday, the Inner West feeder roads add materially to the 35–45 minute estimate. We build that into the pickup time we recommend rather than leaving it to you.
Cancellation is free with 24 hours' notice. If plans change later than that, call us — the phone is answered 24 hours a day from Sydney, and a change is almost always better than a cancellation for both of us.
Prime Rider has run Annandale to Sydney Airport transfers for years. Western Sydney Airport is the same operation pointed at a different terminal — same drivers, same fixed-fare rules, same 24/7 dispatch.
