Berrilee to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Door-to-terminal shuttle service from Berrilee to Western Sydney Airport. Roughly 75 km via the M2 and M7 motorways, from $169 with tolls, GST and flight tracking included.
Getting from Berrilee to Western Sydney Airport
Between Berrilee and Nancy-Bird Walton we run the M2 and M7 motorways, finishing on Elizabeth Drive. Journey time is normally 60–70 minutes for the 75 km trip. Galston and West Pennant Hills fall on the same corridor and are covered too.
Backup routing is Ryde Bridge → M4 → The Northern Road. Because the fare is fixed at booking, a longer route costs us time rather than costing you money.
Our drivers cover Berrilee and the wider Hornsby area daily, so pickup points, apartment entrances and gated estates are known ground rather than a guess on the morning. Galston and West Pennant Hills fall on the same corridor and are covered too.
Western Sydney Airport Transfers from Berrilee
Berrilee is part of the Hornsby catchment that Western Sydney Airport was built to serve. Our job on this route is unglamorous: turn up early, load the bags, take the fastest road available on the day, and charge what we quoted.
All four vehicle classes run this route. The $169 Sedan suits solo and couple travel; the $189 Large SUV covers small families; the $209 People Mover carries six with twelve bags; the $259 Mini Bus takes up to eleven with bulk luggage.
There is no shared-shuttle option on this route and we do not run one. Every Berrilee booking is a private vehicle for your group alone, which is why the fare covers the vehicle rather than the seat.
For a return into Nancy-Bird Walton, we watch the flight rather than the clock. Your driver contacts you once you are on the ground, and waiting time is included — there is no charge for a plane that lands late.
Prime Rider is a pre-booked private shuttle operator, not a taxi company or a rideshare platform. For Berrilee that means the vehicle and driver are allocated before the day, the fare is agreed in writing, and nobody cancels on you at the kerb.
