Getting from Colo Heights to Western Sydney Airport
Drivers leaving Colo Heights pick up the M2 and M7 motorways, exiting at Elizabeth Drive and stay on the motorway network as far as Badgerys Creek. Allow 65–80 minutes for the 82 km journey outside peak hours. The same route also picks up in Central Colo and Berambing.
Our secondary line from Colo Heights is Old Windsor Road → M7 → Elizabeth Drive, used mostly in the Friday afternoon build-up and on long weekends.
Our drivers cover Colo Heights and the wider Hawkesbury area daily, so pickup points, apartment entrances and gated estates are known ground rather than a guess on the morning. The same route also picks up in Central Colo and Berambing.
How the Colo Heights Run Works
There are three ways to reach Western Sydney Airport from Colo Heights: drive and pay to park, ask somebody for a lift, or book a transfer. The first is usually the most expensive across a week-long trip, and the second rarely survives a 5am departure.
From Colo Heights the Sedan fare is $249, and each larger class adds a fixed step — $279, $309 and $369. Booking one size up for luggage costs less than discovering the boot will not close on the morning of a flight.
The 82 km between Colo Heights and Badgerys Creek is short enough that some passengers consider driving and parking. Across a trip of five days or more, long-stay parking usually costs more than the transfer both ways — before you count the fuel or the walk from the car park.
Child seats, booster seats and baby capsules are fitted before the vehicle arrives at your Colo Heights address, at no charge, provided you request them at booking. Mobility aids and folded prams travel free.
The measure that matters on this route is whether the vehicle is there when it said it would be. Everything else on this page — the fare table, the route notes, the FAQ — exists to support that one thing.
