Double Bay to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Private airport shuttle between Double Bay and Western Sydney Airport (Nancy-Bird Walton). Around 49 km, fares from $139, with luggage handling and child seats included.
Getting from Double Bay to Western Sydney Airport
Out of Double Bay, drivers head for the M8, M5 and M7 motorway chain and follow it to the airport turn-off. Budget 40–50 minutes for the 49 km run. Darling Point and Bellevue Hill fall on the same corridor and are covered too.
In heavy traffic drivers switch to Anzac Parade → M5 → M7 → Elizabeth Drive. The decision is made by the driver on the day — you are never asked to pay for the detour.
We treat Double Bay as part of a single Woollahra run rather than an isolated job, which is why availability holds up in school holidays and long weekends. Darling Point and Bellevue Hill fall on the same corridor and are covered too.
What a Double Bay to WSA Transfer Involves
Transfers from Double Bay to Nancy-Bird Walton are priced as a whole journey rather than by the meter. At roughly 49 km, that matters — a metered fare on this run swings with the traffic, and a fixed one does not.
Because tolls are already inside the Double Bay fare, there is nothing to reconcile afterwards. The number on your confirmation is the number you pay, whichever motorway the driver ends up using.
Accessibility requests from Double Bay — folding wheelchairs, walkers, assistance animals, extra time at the kerb — are handled as part of the booking rather than as an exception. Tell us at booking so the right vehicle and driver are allocated.
Corporate travellers from Double Bay can move to monthly account billing with cost-centre references, which removes the receipt-chasing entirely. Ask us when you book.
Everything we publish about the Double Bay run — the distance, the drive time, the fare bands — is there so you can check it before you book rather than discover it afterwards. If something on this page does not match what you are quoted, tell us.
