Heathcote to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
From Heathcote (NSW 2233) to Badgerys Creek: about 50–65 minutes door to terminal, a fare from $139 agreed before you travel, and no night or weekend surcharge.
Getting from Heathcote to Western Sydney Airport
We take Heathcote passengers via the M5 and M7 motorways — about 65 km and 50–65 minutes. Your driver will recommend a pickup time that suits your flight and the hour. Surrounding Sandy Point and Kareela are included on the same route.
When the motorway backs up, drivers divert via Henry Lawson Drive → M7 → Elizabeth Drive. It usually adds a few minutes but avoids the worst of the peak-hour queueing.
For Heathcote, the difference between a comfortable departure and a stressful one is usually fifteen minutes at the front end. We would rather be early. Surrounding Sandy Point and Kareela are included on the same route.
Western Sydney Airport Transfers from Heathcote
Getting from Heathcote to Badgerys Creek is a straightforward drive on paper. What makes it worth pre-booking is the hour — most Western Sydney Airport departures pull passengers out of bed well before the roads are busy, and that is precisely when a booked vehicle is worth having.
All four vehicle classes run this route. The $139 Sedan suits solo and couple travel; the $169 Large SUV covers small families; the $189 People Mover carries six with twelve bags; the $249 Mini Bus takes up to eleven with bulk luggage.
The single biggest variable on the Heathcote run is the hour you leave. Between 6am and 9am on a weekday, the Sutherland Shire feeder roads add materially to the 50–65 minute estimate. We build that into the pickup time we recommend rather than leaving it to you.
If you are arranging this transfer for somebody else — an elderly parent, a visiting colleague, a student — put their mobile number on the booking so the driver contacts them directly, and add yours as the account contact.
Everything we publish about the Heathcote run — the distance, the drive time, the fare bands — is there so you can check it before you book rather than discover it afterwards. If something on this page does not match what you are quoted, tell us.

Normally the M5 and M7 motorways, finishing on Elizabeth Drive at the airport precinct. In heavy traffic drivers switch to Henry Lawson Drive → M7 → Elizabeth Drive at no extra cost to you.

Yes. We have covered Heathcote to Sydney Kingsford Smith since long before Nancy-Bird Walton opened, on the same fixed-fare basis.
