Mount Pritchard to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Mount Pritchard (NSW 2170) sits in the Fairfield council area, and Prime Rider covers it 24/7 for Western Sydney Airport runs. Fixed fares from $69, tolls and GST included.
Getting from Mount Pritchard to Western Sydney Airport
Standard routing for Mount Pritchard is Camden Valley Way and Bringelly Road, roughly 17 km end to end. In clear conditions that is 20–30 minutes from your door to the terminal kerb. Surrounding Greenfield Park and Prairiewood are included on the same route.
If there is an incident on the main corridor, the fallback is M5 → The Northern Road → WSA. Your fare does not change either way, because it was fixed at booking.
Drivers assigned to Mount Pritchard are briefed on the Western Sydney Airport terminal kerb layout as well as the road out — the arrival end matters as much as the departure. Surrounding Greenfield Park and Prairiewood are included on the same route.
How the Mount Pritchard Run Works
For a Mount Pritchard household flying out of Nancy-Bird Walton, the transfer is the only part of the journey still fully within your control. Booking it in advance, at a fixed price, with a driver named on the confirmation, is the cheapest insurance in the trip.
You pay on the day of travel, not at booking: card with EFTPOS (a 1.8% surcharge applies), cash to the driver, or PayID with no surcharge. No deposit is held when you reserve the Mount Pritchard pickup.
For business travellers in Mount Pritchard, the practical advantage is not the vehicle but the paperwork: a fixed fare, a written confirmation and, on an account, a single monthly invoice with cost-centre references instead of a folder of receipts.
Extra stops — a second pickup address in Mount Pritchard, a drop on the way — are quoted upfront and folded into the one fixed fare. Nothing is added at the destination.
We publish our cancellation and payment terms in full rather than burying them. From Mount Pritchard: free cancellation with 24 hours' notice, 50% if cancelled after the driver arrives, and payment due on the day of travel.
