Pyrmont to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Booked in advance, priced in advance. Transfers from Pyrmont (NSW 2009) to Western Sydney Airport start at $149 and take about 40–50 minutes in normal traffic.
Getting from Pyrmont to Western Sydney Airport
Between Pyrmont and Nancy-Bird Walton we run the M8, M5 and M7 motorway chain, finishing on Elizabeth Drive. Journey time is normally 40–50 minutes for the 48 km trip. The same route also picks up in Redfern and Centennial Park.
The alternative approach is Parramatta Road → M4 → The Northern Road, which comes into its own when the motorway is closed or crawling.
Drivers assigned to Pyrmont are briefed on the Western Sydney Airport terminal kerb layout as well as the road out — the arrival end matters as much as the departure. The same route also picks up in Redfern and Centennial Park.
How the Pyrmont Run Works
The case for a pre-booked transfer from Pyrmont is not luxury. It is that airport travel is the one journey where being twenty minutes late is expensive, and where the price of the ride should not be a variable you discover at the end.
Fares from Pyrmont are quoted whole: $149 Sedan, $189 Large SUV, $229 People Mover, $329 Mini Bus. Child seats, luggage handling and flight tracking are included rather than billed as extras.
For business travellers in Pyrmont, the practical advantage is not the vehicle but the paperwork: a fixed fare, a written confirmation and, on an account, a single monthly invoice with cost-centre references instead of a folder of receipts.
Booking takes about a minute: pickup address, destination, date, passenger and luggage count, and the flight number if you have it. You get a written confirmation with the fixed fare and your driver's details, and no deposit is taken.
Everything we publish about the Pyrmont run — the distance, the drive time, the fare bands — is there so you can check it before you book rather than discover it afterwards. If something on this page does not match what you are quoted, tell us.
