Thirlmere to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Thirlmere sits in the Wollondilly council area, and Prime Rider covers it 24/7 for Western Sydney Airport runs. Fixed fares from $185, tolls and GST included.
Getting from Thirlmere to Western Sydney Airport
We take Thirlmere passengers via Camden Valley Way and Bringelly Road — about 28 km and 25–35 minutes. Your driver will recommend a pickup time that suits your flight and the hour. The same route also picks up in Balmoral and Douglas Park.
When the motorway backs up, drivers divert via M5 → The Northern Road → WSA. It usually adds a few minutes but avoids the worst of the peak-hour queueing.
Local knowledge in Thirlmere mostly means knowing which minute to leave. Our drivers plan pickup times around the Wollondilly peak rather than a generic estimate. The same route also picks up in Balmoral and Douglas Park.
Thirlmere to Nancy-Bird Walton, in Plain Terms
For a Thirlmere household flying out of Nancy-Bird Walton, the transfer is the only part of the journey still fully within your control. Booking it in advance, at a fixed price, with a driver named on the confirmation, is the cheapest insurance in the trip.
Fares from Thirlmere are quoted whole: $185 Sedan, $205 Large SUV, $235 People Mover, $285 Mini Bus. Child seats, luggage handling and flight tracking are included rather than billed as extras.
Luggage is the most common reason a Thirlmere booking needs changing on the day. Our capacity figures assume every passenger brings a checked bag and a carry-on, because on an airport run they usually do. Count the bags before you choose the vehicle class.
For a return into Nancy-Bird Walton, we watch the flight rather than the clock. Your driver contacts you once you are on the ground, and waiting time is included — there is no charge for a plane that lands late.
Booking from Thirlmere is deliberately low-friction: no deposit, no card held, no account required. You pay the driver on the day by card, cash or PayID, and you can cancel free with a day's notice.
