Willoughby East to Western Sydney Airport Shuttle
Western Sydney Airport transfers for Willoughby East residents and businesses. Fixed fares from $169, vehicles for one to eleven passengers, and a driver allocated before the day.
Getting from Willoughby East to Western Sydney Airport
The standard route out of Willoughby East follows the M2 and M7 motorways through to Elizabeth Drive and the terminal precinct — about 47 km, usually 40–50 minutes door to terminal. Surrounding Crows Nest and Naremburn are included on the same route.
During weekday peaks an alternative run via Ryde Bridge → M4 → The Northern Road is used — slightly longer on paper, more predictable in practice.
Willoughby East residents booking with us get the same fixed-fare rules that apply across all 700+ suburbs we cover: tolls in, GST in, no surge. Surrounding Crows Nest and Naremburn are included on the same route.
Willoughby East to Nancy-Bird Walton, in Plain Terms
For a Willoughby East household flying out of Nancy-Bird Walton, the transfer is the only part of the journey still fully within your control. Booking it in advance, at a fixed price, with a driver named on the confirmation, is the cheapest insurance in the trip.
Because tolls are already inside the Willoughby East fare, there is nothing to reconcile afterwards. The number on your confirmation is the number you pay, whichever motorway the driver ends up using.
If somebody else is meeting you at the terminal, tell us. We can hold the driver at the kerb, adjust the drop point, or arrange a meet-and-greet inside on request — none of which works if we find out on the day.
Extra stops — a second pickup address in Willoughby East, a drop on the way — are quoted upfront and folded into the one fixed fare. Nothing is added at the destination.
Our dispatch desk is in Sydney and it is staffed 24 hours. If your flight into Nancy-Bird Walton is delayed at 1am, the person who answers the phone can see your booking and your driver.
