Private cruise transfer, Barangaroo to Bondi. From $79 for the vehicle, not per seat, with the pickup timed against your boarding window.
Tolls & GST included • Fixed price
This is a private, pre-booked transfer between Barangaroo Cruise Wharf and Bondi. You book the whole vehicle, the price is agreed in writing at the time, and the driver is allocated in advance rather than matched at the kerb on the morning.
Allow 25-40 min for the journey, more on an embarkation morning when several thousand passengers arrive inside the same window. Knowing which approach is moving is the part that a familiar driver actually saves you.
Fares are quoted per vehicle and locked in at booking — tolls and GST included, no booking fee, no per-bag charge and no airport-style extras added at the end.
Nothing is payable up front. On the day you can settle by card on the in-car EFTPOS terminal, which carries a 1.8% surcharge, or by cash or PayID, which do not.
A confirmation email lands straight after booking. Closer to the time, the assigned driver phones to agree exactly where to meet, whether that is your door in Bondi or the passenger exit at Barangaroo. Nothing else is required of you.
Your driver deals with the bags at both ends. When the count is high, the sensible move is to size up to a People Mover or Mini Bus; it costs less than a second vehicle.
Booking both directions at once is the simpler arrangement, and the promo code takes 10% off the return leg. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so an early embarkation or a late berthing is routine rather than a special request.
If plans change: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Once the driver is on site, 50% of the fare applies, and the driver will wait 10 minutes at non-airport pickups.
Your ship departs from Barangaroo NSW 2000. As the newest and most central of the Sydney berths, it is easy to find and harder to leave on a busy morning; the Western Distributor then Hickson Road is the way in, and we time the run accordingly.
A word on the car: parking is barangaroo multilevel carpark. Over a week or two at sea that is real money, and the return walk with your luggage is the part nobody factors in.
The terminal takes boutique and luxury cruise lines. It is ~1 km from the CBD, which sounds close until embarkation morning turns the last kilometre into the slow part.
Over 812 verified reviews, 4.95 stars and thousands of successful cruise terminal transfers across Sydney.
One booking covers a multi-vehicle convoy that keeps the group together.
Vehicles are matched to your bag count as well as your head count, up to an eleven-seat Mini Bus.
We follow your ship's schedule and shift the pickup for a late or early berth.
What you see at booking is what you are charged. No surge, no meter, no surprises.
Early-morning departures and late-night arrivals. Prime Rider dispatches around the clock.
Baby seats for children up to 3 years and boosters for ages 4–7, fitted before pickup when you request them at booking.
Choose the class that fits the luggage as well as the passengers — these fares cover the vehicle, not the seat.

Give us the pickup address, the terminal, your travel date and group size. That is all we need to price it.
We work out the vehicle and the real drive time, then email your fixed price with tolls and GST already in it.
One reply accepts the quote and locks the booking in at that fare. A confirmation email comes straight back.
On the return leg your driver tracks the berthing time and meets you at an agreed spot away from the worst of the kerb.
The Barangaroo to Bondi leg is short, and that is precisely why it gets left to the last minute. It is also the leg where a missed boarding window costs the most.
Fares run from $79 for a Sedan carrying one or two passengers, $99 for a Large SUV, $129 for a People Mover and $169 for an eleven-seat Mini Bus. Each covers the whole vehicle, with tolls and GST inside the number.
Do not book a morning flight off a morning disembarkation. Late is far more common than early, and an afternoon departure turns a tight day into an ordinary one.
Travelling with a group from Bondi? Multiple pickups can be sequenced into one booking and quoted as a single fare, so the party reaches Barangaroo together rather than in instalments.
No deposit is taken and no card is held. You pay the driver on the day by card with EFTPOS, cash or PayID, and cancellation is free with 24 hours’ notice.
Yes, at no charge. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle arrives when requested at booking.
Yes — airport transfers are our main business, and many cruise passengers book the terminal transfer and the airport run together.
Parking here is barangaroo multilevel carpark — which is the usual reason passengers book a transfer instead of driving and leaving a car for the length of a cruise.
Card with EFTPOS (a 1.8% surcharge applies), cash to the driver, or PayID with no surcharge. Payment is due on the day of travel and no deposit is held.
Yes. The quoted fare covers tolls, GST and terminal access, and it does not change with traffic, the time of day or how busy embarkation is.
Yes — tell us the bag count and we will allocate accordingly. A Sedan takes about four bags, a Large SUV eight, a People Mover twelve, and a Mini Bus bulk luggage.
