Loading is the driver's job, not yours. Book the larger classes if you are travelling with full-size cruise luggage, because the difference between a Sedan and an SUV here is measured in suitcases.

Changes and cancellations: cancel more than 24 hours ahead at no cost. After the driver arrives, 50% of the fare is payable. Non-airport pickups allow a 10 minute wait.
