This is a private, pre-booked transfer between the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and Blacktown. You book the whole vehicle, the price is agreed in writing at the time, and the driver is allocated in advance rather than matched at the kerb on the morning.

Expect 50-70 min on the road in ordinary conditions. Because the terminal fills and empties in waves, we would rather collect you a little early than have you queue outside with your cases.

Whatever the quoted price is at booking, that is what you pay. Tolls and GST are included, there is no booking fee, and delays on the road are our problem rather than a line on your invoice.

Payment is taken on the day of travel. Cards are accepted through EFTPOS with a 1.8% surcharge, and cash or PayID carry no surcharge at all. No deposit is required and no card is held at booking.

From Booking to Kerbside

You receive an email confirmation as soon as the booking is made. Shortly before the pickup time your driver calls you directly to confirm the exact meeting point — at your Blacktown address, or at the Circular Quay passenger exit. There is no app to download and no SMS chain to follow.

Drivers load and unload the luggage themselves. Cruise cases are bigger than airline cases, so if you are carrying several, book a Lux People Mover or Mini Bus rather than hoping the boot stretches.

Booking the Return Leg

Booking both directions at once is the simpler arrangement, and the promo code takes 10% off the return leg. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so an early embarkation or a late berthing is routine rather than a special request.

Cancellation policy: no charge when you give 24 hours’ notice or more; 50% of the fare once the driver has arrived. At non-airport pickups the driver waits up to 10 minutes.
