Prime Rider Shuttle runs fixed-price private transfers between the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and Bondi — one vehicle, one fare, booked before the day rather than hailed on it. Both directions are handled the same way, whether you are heading out on a sailing or coming home from one.

Expect 25-40 min on the road in ordinary conditions. Because the terminal fills and empties in waves, we would rather collect you a little early than have you queue outside with your cases.

The fare is fixed and agreed when you book. It does not change because of traffic, roadworks or a slow run through the terminal precinct, and tolls and GST are already inside the number. There are no booking fees.

Nothing is payable up front. On the day you can settle by card on the in-car EFTPOS terminal, which carries a 1.8% surcharge, or by cash or PayID, which do not.

How the Pickup Works

Booking confirmation arrives by email. The driver calls you before the pickup to confirm exactly where to stand or where to wait, which is the difference between finding each other in two minutes and in twenty.

Loading is the driver's job, not yours. Book the larger classes if you are travelling with full-size cruise luggage, because the difference between a Sedan and an SUV here is measured in suitcases.

Booking the Return Leg

Return transfers carry a 10% discount with the promo code . The service runs around the clock every day of the year, which matters when a ship berths at an hour nobody planned for.

Cancellation: free with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel after the driver has arrived, 50% of the fare applies. Maximum waiting time at non-airport pickups is 10 minutes from the driver’s arrival.
