Around 7 kilometres from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, the Hordern is a 15–20 minute Eastern Distributor run off-peak. Hordern Pavilion shows typically have doors at 7pm and main act on stage 8:30pm. For a fly-in same-day arrival, a 6:30pm pickup at T1 gets you to the heritage entrance by 6:55pm — plenty of time for the bar queue. On NRL Friday Allianz match-nights we recommend pickup 30 minutes earlier as Moore Park traffic peaks at 6pm.
