Around 8 kilometres from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, ICC Sydney is a 20–25 minute Eastern Distributor run off-peak. Most ICC Sydney conventions start registration at 7:30am or 8am with the opening keynote at 9am. For a fly-in same-day arrival, an early-morning T1 pickup is essential — even a 6:00am pickup only delivers you to ICC at 6:30am off-peak. For evening concerts at ICC Sydney Theatre (Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Tame Impala-scale tours), doors typically open 6:30pm with main act 8:30pm; allow a 6:00pm pickup minimum from the airport.
