New Year's Eve Shuttle
Sydney — Fixed Fares
Get to the harbour fireworks and back home safely — without surge pricing, parking nightmares, or waiting for a rideshare at midnight. Private shuttle, fixed fare, driver confirmed.
Sydney New Year's Eve — Harbour Fireworks Shuttle
Sydney's New Year's Eve attracts over a million people to the Harbour foreshore, CBD, and Darling Harbour. Public transport is packed, taxis queue for hours, and rideshare apps surge to 4–6× the normal price.
With Prime Rider Shuttle, your fare is locked at booking — the same price you see now is what you pay at midnight. No app surprises, no standing in the rain waiting for a driver who cancels.
We operate to and from all major Sydney NYE viewing spots: Circular Quay, The Rocks, Milsons Point, Darling Harbour, Observatory Hill, Mrs Macquaries Chair, Barangaroo, Luna Park, and surrounding suburbs across Greater Sydney.
Whether you need a lift to arrive early for the 9 pm family fireworks, or a pickup after the midnight show, we schedule both. Specify your preferred times at booking and we'll confirm.

NYE Shuttle — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you operate on New Year's Eve?
Yes — we operate 24 hours on New Year's Eve and into New Year's Day morning. We're available before, during, and after the midnight fireworks.
Are fares higher on New Year's Eve?
Our fares are fixed and quoted at booking. No surge pricing, no last-minute increases — what you see is what you pay, even on NYE. Rideshare apps regularly charge 4–6× more on NYE; we never do.
How far in advance should I book?
New Year's Eve is our busiest night of the year. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and timeslot. Late bookings may not be available.
Can you pick me up after the fireworks?
Yes. We offer post-fireworks pickups from Circular Quay, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Milsons Point, Barangaroo, and surrounding areas. Specify your preferred pickup time when booking.
How does pickup work on NYE?
After booking you receive an email confirmation. Shortly before your pickup, your assigned driver will call you directly to confirm the exact meeting point — essential on a busy night like NYE.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card through the in-car EFTPOS terminal carries a 1.8% surcharge; cash handed to the driver and PayID both carry none. Payment can be made at booking or in the vehicle.
What if road closures affect my pickup?
Our drivers are experienced with Sydney's NYE road closures and know alternative access points. Your driver will call you to confirm the exact pickup spot that works given the closures on the night.
Trusted by Sydney Families
Every New Year's Eve
"Booked Prime Rider for NYE instead of dealing with rideshare surge pricing. Driver was on time, price was exactly what was quoted. Never using rideshare on NYE again."
"Took the family to Darling Harbour for the family fireworks. Driver was early, helped with all the picnic gear, and picked us up at midnight at the spot he said he'd be. Faultless."
"Group of 8 of us used the mini bus both ways for NYE at the Harbour. Amazing experience — driver navigated around closures brilliantly and we were home by 1am. Highly recommend."
