Do you run shuttles during Vivid Sydney?
Yes — we operate nightly throughout the entire Vivid Sydney festival season (late May to mid-June). Available from 6 pm to late every evening of the festival.
Are fares higher during Vivid?
No. Our fares are fixed and locked at booking. No Vivid surge pricing — what you see when you get a quote is exactly what you pay on the night, even on peak Saturday evenings.
Which Vivid precincts do you cover?
We cover all major Vivid precincts: Circular Quay & The Rocks, Darling Harbour (Tumbalong Park, ICC), Chatswood, Martin Place, and Barangaroo. Specify your preferred drop-off point at booking.
How does pickup work at Vivid?
After booking you receive an email confirmation. Before your pickup time, your assigned driver will call you directly to confirm the exact meeting point — important when Vivid crowds fill the foreshore.
Can I book for multiple Vivid nights?
Yes. Make a separate booking for each night you plan to attend. We recommend booking all your Vivid nights at once to secure availability, as demand is high during the festival season.
What if road closures affect my Vivid pickup?
