Yes. Keep your phone on and charged after landing so the driver can reach you. The driver will call you shortly before or after you land to confirm your meeting point.
The flight is tracked live by dispatch. If your arrival time changes — earlier or later — we adjust the driver's schedule automatically at no extra charge. You don't need to call us.
For domestic arrivals, allow 10–20 minutes for disembarkation and baggage claim. For international, allow 30–60 minutes for customs and baggage. We factor this into our scheduling so your driver is ready when you exit.
