- Total bags including kids' luggage and carry-on items

- Child seat secured and fitted before the vehicle arrives
- Nappy bag packed and accessible (not buried in the boot)
- Snacks and drinks in a small bag within reach of kids' seats
- Entertainment device charged — tablets, headphones
- Pram folded and waiting at the front door
- Confirm pickup time allows 2.5–3 hrs before domestic, 3+ hrs before international
- Use the family lanes at security — available at T1, T2 and T3
- Arrive early enough to use the parents' room if needed before the gate
- Prams are gate-checked at most airlines — ask at check-in
- Book a window or aisle seat at check-in for easier access with a lap infant
- Pre-board is available for families with infants and young children — ask staff
- Keep passports and boarding passes in one dedicated pocket
- In NSW, children under 7 must be in an approved child restraint

Child seat requirements and availability should be confirmed at booking. We strongly recommend bringing your own approved child restraint to guarantee the correct size and fit for your child. Please mention child seat needs in your booking notes so the driver is prepared.
The Large SUV (3–4 pax, 8 bags, from $65) suits most families with 1–2 children and a pram. The Lux People Mover (4–6 pax, 12 bags, from $85) is ideal for larger families, twin prams, or trips with a lot of extra gear.
Yes. All vehicles have boot space for a folded pram or stroller. Mention it at booking so the driver can confirm the boot will comfortably fit your model — especially for large travel systems or double prams.
Allow extra time: aim for 2.5–3 hours before a domestic flight and 3–3.5 hours before international when travelling with children. Factor in check-in, security, and the reality that toddlers move slowly through airports.
For airport pickups, your driver will wait. For airport drop-offs, if there's a genuine emergency your driver can pull over safely. Factor extra buffer time into your departure so you're not rushing.
