35-55 min is the normal running time between Sutherland and Barangaroo. We build the pickup around the boarding time printed on your cruise documents, not around the ship's departure time, because the lines stagger arrivals deliberately.

You will never be charged above the quoted fare, regardless of what the roads do on the day. Tolls and GST are covered and there are no booking fees.

Settlement happens on the day: EFTPOS card payments attract a 1.8% surcharge, while cash and PayID attract none. No deposit, no stored card, no charge at the time of booking.

From Booking to Kerbside

You receive an email confirmation as soon as the booking is made. Shortly before the pickup time your driver calls you directly to confirm the exact meeting point — at your Sutherland address, or at the Barangaroo passenger exit. There is no app to download and no SMS chain to follow.

Your driver deals with the bags at both ends. When the count is high, the sensible move is to size up to a People Mover or Mini Bus; it costs less than a second vehicle.

The Return Transfer

If plans change: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Once the driver is on site, 50% of the fare applies, and the driver will wait 10 minutes at non-airport pickups.
